basically steely dan is the only band my mom and dad listened to when i was growing up, so when i hear any song of theirs this like insane nostalgic shit happens in my brain and i can remember so many family parties where Goucho was the soundtrack to the event. my mom had this awesome huge bleached blonde hair, and my dad had a fuckin ponytail.
